    1. On page 1, line 18, after "environment", insert "for the department's river stewardship program" and strike "year 2026" and insert in lieu thereof "years 2026 through 2029".

    2. On page 1, line 22, strike "2026" and insert in lieu thereof "2029".,

and thence referred to the FINANCE COMMITTEE.
